Doll Up permanently grants +1 Charisma, increasing the cat's ability to influence NPCs, pricing, and certain stat-based interactions in the world. As a stat-boosting ability it compounds over time; early use in a run means more turns benefiting from the raised Charisma, making it most valuable when the Collarless has reason to invest in social-focused mechanics.
