Healing Salve applies +1 Health Regeneration to the Cleric or an adjacent ally, granting passive HP recovery each turn rather than an immediate burst heal. It works best on units who will stay in combat long enough to benefit from sustained regen, and stacks well when applied repeatedly to the same target.
