Pass gives a unit in your line of sight an extra turn immediately, then ends your turn for 3 mana — essentially sacrificing your action to supercharge an ally or bait an enemy into moving. Used on an ally with strong actions it creates tremendous value; used on an enemy strategically it can trigger a misfire or force them out of position.
