Send Butch your first cat to unlock the initial storage upgrade, permanently increasing your inventory space. Butch expands how many items you can carry between runs, which is critical for hoarding powerful equipment and quest items. Any cat that has completed an adventure qualifies. Get this as early as possible since inventory management is one of the tightest constraints in early game.
