Send Butch a cumulative total of 36 cats to unlock the fourth storage upgrade. The requirement bumps up to 15 additional cats for this tier. Butch may also require cats that have reached deeper areas at this point. The growing inventory lets you stockpile consumables, quest items, and powerful equipment across multiple runs without having to make painful choices about what to keep.
