Hunter

The Hunter specializes in ranged combat with DEX+3 and LCK+2, making it the most accurate and crit-prone of the starting classes. The Lobbed Shot basic attack arcs over allies and obstacles to reach distant enemies — but crucially cannot target adjacent tiles, so Hunters caught in melee are left without a basic attack fallback. A broad toolkit of traps (Web Trap, Bear Trap), familiars (Pooters, Fleas), and Mark effects round out a class that can play multiple roles depending on ability picks. The SPD-2 penalty is steep — Hunters tend to act last in turn order — so pairing them with a Tank or other ally who can maintain positioning is a significant quality-of-life improvement.
