AddLevelUpRerolls grants extra reroll options at level-up, making it easier to fish for specific abilities, while LevelUpClassOverride can change which class you level into entirely. Excellent for flexible or hybrid builds that want to cherry-pick from multiple class trees, or any run looking to escape a bad starting class direction. High variance, high ceiling.

AddLevelUpRerolls increases how many times you can reroll the ability selection screen at level-up, directly improving the probability of hitting specific desired abilities. More rerolls means the effective ability pool available to you each level is larger. LevelUpClassOverride is the more dramatic effect: it may allow or force the wearer to level into a different class entirely, enabling class-mixing that wouldn't be possible under normal level-up rules.

Crown of Chaos is most powerful on runs where the starting class is weak or misaligned with your found items, since LevelUpClassOverride lets you pivot. Also excellent for deliberate multi-class builds that want to blend ability trees from different classes. The extra rerolls make it reliable for hunting specific key abilities each level. Equip it during the leveling phase and consider swapping once your build is set.
