Dumbbell

A common trinket that grants +1 STR. Strength scales physical attack damage, so Dumbbell fits naturally into any melee or weapon-focused build. As one of the most common trinkets in the pool, it shows up frequently but is typically outclassed quickly — still useful early, and scales well when doubled by trinket multiplier effects like TrinketPassiveMultiplierBonus.

+1 STR directly increases physical damage output every fight — no conditions, no activation, just damage. Dumbbell is the most straightforward offensive common trinket available. In Copycat builds, it becomes +2 STR per slot, and stacking several Dumbbells while wearing the full Copycat set can produce surprisingly high raw damage from a very cheap investment.

Dumbbell earns its place as the baseline STR trinket for melee and physical builds in the early game. Upgrade to Human Hand (+2 STR at uncommon) when it becomes available for twice the value in the same slot. Like all common stat trinkets, it's best held as a placeholder rather than a long-term fixture — but don't discard it if the next shop offers something worse.
