Enema

An uncommon consumable with 5 uses that wipes all buffs and debuffs from a target — both good and bad. Unlike the Antidote (debuffs only), the Enema is a nuclear option: it strips everything. Most useful when an enemy has stacked powerful buffs you need to remove, or when you're carrying so many negative statuses that you'd rather lose your buffs too just to get clean. Use carefully; removing your own beneficial effects mid-fight can hurt.

The total-clear mechanic sets Enema apart from selective cleanse tools like Antidote. When used on an enemy, it strips every buff they've accumulated — including damage-ups, defensive buffs, regen effects, and anything else that has been applied. On allies, it's a double-edged tool: it removes crippling debuff stacks at the cost of any positive effects the cat has. With 5 uses, it's a repeatable tool across the full fight, useful for keeping powerful enemies debuffed or maintaining a clean-slate status for your team.

Use Enema on enemies with dangerous self-buff stacks — bosses that have applied significant attack or defense buffs to themselves are prime targets. On allies, weigh the debuffs being removed against the buffs that will be wiped; if the debuffs are fight-altering and the buffs are minor, Enema is worth it. If you're running few self-applied buffs and facing a high-status-effect enemy, Enema becomes essentially an upgraded Antidote. Avoid using it on well-buffed allies unless the alternative is losing them.
