Ethereal Eyes

Ghostly eyes that replace the wearer's own. DodgeChance_Status scales dodge chance based on active status effects, meaning the more statuses the wearer is afflicted with, the harder they become to hit. StatusOnTookDamage applies a debuff to attackers whenever damage lands. The two passives have interesting synergy: being hit triggers a status which increases dodge, making subsequent hits less likely.
