Extra Limb

Extra Limb is a very rare trinket or body modification that grants the cat an additional appendage, allowing them to wield an additional weapon or gain a bonus attack. The grotesque biological upgrade is pure McMillen, adding mechanical value through literal body horror.

An extra limb enabling a bonus weapon slot or attack dramatically increases the cat's offensive output per turn. If it allows equipping a third weapon, the tactical flexibility increases significantly, enabling combined use cases that would otherwise be impossible. The mutation-like nature of Extra Limb may also interact with other body modification items or mutations.

Extra Limb is best equipped on your damage dealer cat, where the additional weapon slot or attack provides the highest offensive multiplier. Cats already carrying high-damage weapons benefit most from the extra attack, doubling their threat per turn. If Extra Limb allows dual-wielding, pair it with complementary weapon types to cover multiple damage categories simultaneously.
