A practical hip pack worn as a neck sling. SpawnExtraThingsOnBattleStart drops additional items onto the field at the start of every fight, and StatusOnCollectPickup applies a status effect each time the wearer picks something up. A strong common neck piece for item-collection builds — it generates more loot to collect and then rewards collecting it, creating a self-reinforcing loop.

The battle-start spawns are random items that appear in the arena alongside enemies. In fights where you can reach them safely, each one is both a resource and a trigger for the StatusOnCollectPickup buff. The more items that spawn, the more status procs you can chain in a single fight. Mobile cats with high Speed are better at collecting them mid-combat without taking unnecessary risks.

Pairs well with the Backpack, which auto-equips consumables found in battle. Running both means spawned consumables get picked up and auto-slotted, triggering the Fanny Pack's status proc in the process. Even without synergies, battle-start item spawns provide consistent economy across a long run — more items means more options, especially in the late game where resources matter most.
