Common face armor from the Fatty set. Provides Brace and a status effect on basic attacks. As the face slot of the Fatty set, it shares the same defensive-offensive package as the necklace and hat. Running the full Fatty set makes a cat naturally tanky and debuff-generating at common rarity — a reliable foundation for any frontliner that doesn't yet have access to rare alternatives.

Brace reduces incoming damage on every hit taken, providing steady mitigation rather than a burst absorption. AddStatusToBasicAttack fires on every basic attack, applying a passive status debuff to whatever the cat hits. The face slot is competitive with many strong alternatives, but the Fatty Mask pulls even weight with them as part of a full-set strategy where all three pieces combine to cover the cat in damage reduction and status output.

Pick up the Fatty Mask primarily when building toward the full Fatty set alongside the Necklace and Hat. As a solo face piece, it provides respectable but unspectacular value. Its greatest strength is as part of the common-rarity complete kit, which can reliably sustain a frontliner through mid-game content without needing uncommon or rare items. Worth prioritizing in early-game shops when other Fatty set pieces are already in hand.
