Uncommon neck armor from the Medical set. Boosts all stats for each disorder the wearer has. Disorders are normally negative traits imposed on your cat — this set flips that penalty into a scaling buff. A cat loaded with disorders while wearing the full Medical set can reach substantially higher stat totals than normal, making this the premier set for disorder-heavy runs where you can't avoid debilitating conditions.

AllStatsUpPerDisorder provides a flat bonus to every stat (STR, DEX, INT, CHA, and others) for each disorder the wearer currently has. If a cat has four disorders, it receives four stacks of the bonus. The neck slot in the Medical set provides one layer of this scaling; the Medical Mask (face) and Medical Hat (head) each provide additional layers, multiplying the total bonus substantially when all three pieces are equipped simultaneously.

Seek out the Medical Necklace specifically when your cat is accumulating disorders faster than you can cure them.
