An uncommon melee weapon with 4-6 uses that deals 1 damage and inflicts Blind 3. Blind 3 is a heavy debuff — severely reducing accuracy and vision for several turns. As a bonus, if you don't have an eye trinket equipped it grants you a random one. The direct damage is negligible; the Blind application and potential free trinket are the real value.
