Pinworm

A tiny parasitic worm that drains the host's strength and constitution while steadily propagating onto its attackers. Pinworm costs STR -1 and CON -1, and when any enemy strikes the wearer, SpawnThingOnDamage deposits pinworms onto the attacker — spreading the infestation across the battlefield. In fights where the equipped cat takes many hits, Pinworm can flood the enemy side with parasites, turning the host's vulnerability into a biological weapon against anyone who engages in melee.
