A rare trinket that passively boosts all damage output (DamageUp) and applies a self-buff status to every basic attack (AddSelfStatusToBasicAttack). Unlike AddStatusToBasicAttack which debuffs enemies, AddSelfStatus means each basic attack stacks a buff on your own cat — creating a momentum-building effect where sustained attacking makes your cat progressively stronger. Best in builds that attack often and can sustain through a prolonged fight.

The DamageUp passive applies across all damage sources, making it a universal offensive boost that scales every attack, ability hit, and DoT tick simultaneously. The self-status stacking from AddSelfStatusToBasicAttack compounds across turns — if the buff stacks (like a Strength or crit buff), early attacks become weaker but later attacks in the same fight hit significantly harder as stacks accumulate.

Fighter and Butcher classes benefit most from both effects — high attack frequency maximizes the self-stack rate while DamageUp amplifies every swing. Pair with Multiplier for extra attacks per turn to accelerate buff accumulation even faster. Sacred Heart rewards patience and aggression simultaneously, making it one of the stronger rare trinkets for melee-dominant runs.
