Stopwatch

Stopwatch is the rare weapon earned by completing the Stopwatch sidequest. Once per battle, it grants an AI-controlled bonus turn to you or a target unit — a versatile tempo tool that can accelerate an ally's actions or squeeze an extra attack out of a powerful cat. Far more controlled than the maddening sidequest trinket it originated from.
