A syringe loaded with passive ability serum. When used, permanently teaches the holder a new passive ability from the game's passive pool. A reliable way to augment a cat's innate capabilities outside of normal leveling.

The passive granted is drawn randomly from the full passive pool, which includes class-specific passives from every class in the game. High-value results include defensive auras, stat-scaling bonuses, and powerful triggered effects that would normally be locked behind specific class progressions. Like the active ability syringe, the passive is permanent and does not depend on keeping any particular item equipped, making it a durable investment in the cat's long-term build.

Use it on cats who have already maximized their class-specific passive progression and want something extra, or on cats from lower-passive classes who want to patch a weakness. It is generally less risky than the disorder syringe because passives have no built-in downside, though the randomness still applies. Saving it for a mid-run cat who is hitting a power plateau tends to yield the best results.
