Top Hat is an uncommon head armor that applies a status effect at battle start and increases explosion size. The IncreaseExplosionSize passive makes this a niche but powerful pick for builds that throw bombs, use explosive abilities, or interact with detonation mechanics — bigger blasts mean more damage and wider area coverage. The battle-start status is bonus value on top.
