Tractor Beam

The Tractor Beam is a trinket that pulls a target from up to 3 tiles away directly adjacent to the user, and simultaneously collects any pickup items between the user and the target. It is a ranged repositioning tool with a built-in scavenging bonus.

Compared to the Meat Hook, the Tractor Beam has a shorter effective range but gathers pickups along the beam path, adding incidental economy to repositioning plays. The 3-tile pull range is enough to drag enemies out of favorable positions or align them for follow-up area attacks from allies.

Most effective on melee characters who need to close gaps without spending movement, or on support roles who want to drag backline enemies into the frontline brawl. The pickup collection makes it worth activating even in fights where repositioning is not critical, as long as dropped items are present on the map.
