Injury Immunity

Injury Immunity protects a cat from receiving permanent injuries when downed in combat. Normally, being knocked out can result in a lasting injury that persists after the run, but Injury Immunity prevents this penalty entirely for its duration.

Injury Immunity is a safety net for risky fights where cats are likely to go down. It does not prevent the knockout itself, but it removes the long-term consequence of permanent stat penalties from injuries. This is especially valuable on cats you cannot afford to have injured, such as your best breeders or most-used combat cats. Apply it before boss fights or encounters with high burst damage where downing is probable.
