Reduce Mana Cost

Internal engine status effect. Reduces the mana cost of the affected unit's next ability. This is the underlying mechanic behind the Insight status and similar mana discount effects. Unlike the player-facing Insight, this raw version is applied directly by the engine when abilities or passives grant mana cost reduction, allowing the system to stack and track discounts separately from the display status.
