Luck Up

Luck Up temporarily increases a unit's Luck stat, improving critical hit chance, item drop rates, and various random roll outcomes. Higher Luck means more frequent crits and better results from luck-dependent mechanics throughout the run.

Luck Up is subtler than raw damage buffs but compounds over multiple actions and across an entire run. Cats with abilities that trigger on crit or have random bonus effects get disproportionate value from Luck stacks. Its negative counterpart, Luck Down, reduces crit rates and can make otherwise reliable builds feel inconsistent.
