Muted

Muted silences a unit, preventing them from using abilities or spells. A Muted cat can still move and perform basic attacks, but all active abilities are locked out for the duration, stripping away their most powerful options.

Muted is devastating for ability-dependent cats, especially casters and support cats whose value comes entirely from their skills. Physical attackers with strong basic attacks are less affected. When your cat gets Muted, focus on basic attacks and repositioning until it wears off. Applying Muted to dangerous enemy casters is an excellent way to neutralize their biggest threats for a few critical turns.
