One Use Spell Damage Up

Internal engine status effect. Grants a one-time boost to spell damage that is consumed on the next spell cast. After the empowered spell is used, this status is automatically removed. Used by abilities and items that want to buff exactly one spell rather than providing an ongoing damage increase, creating burst damage windows for caster builds.
