Possessed
Takes {stacks} extra turns and is uncontrollable and charmed on those turns.
Possessed is a control debuff that forces the afflicted unit to take extra uncontrollable turns aligned with the possessing team. Each stack grants 1 additional turn per round where the possessed unit acts as if Charmed, fighting for the enemy. On these possessed turns, the unit is completely uncontrollable and will attack its own allies. Any familiars summoned during possessed turns become permanently aligned with the enemy team.
The extra-turn mechanic makes Possessed uniquely dangerous. Unlike Charmed, which replaces the unit's normal behavior, Possessed adds entirely new hostile turns to the round. A possessed cat still takes its normal turn under your control, but then also takes additional turns fighting against you. This means the unit is simultaneously an ally on its regular turns and an enemy on its possessed turns, creating a confusing and dangerous situation.
The permanent familiar conversion is particularly devastating for summoner builds, as any familiars summoned during possessed turns become lasting enemy units. This creates a strong incentive to avoid using summoning abilities while Possessed. Cleansing Possessed quickly is critical, especially on high-damage cats that can do significant harm during their hostile turns. When applied to enemies, Possessed gives you extra turns of a hostile unit fighting for you, which can be highly advantageous in encounters with powerful enemies.
