Speed Up (Without Initiative)

Internal engine status effect. A variant of Speed Up that increases the unit's Speed stat without affecting turn order initiative. Standard Speed Up changes both the stat and when the unit acts in the round, but this version only boosts the stat value (affecting dodge chance and other Speed-derived calculations) while keeping the unit's initiative position unchanged. Used by abilities that want to grant Speed benefits without disrupting turn sequencing.
