Strength Up

Strength Up temporarily increases a unit's Strength stat, boosting the damage dealt by physical attacks and Strength-scaling abilities. Each stack of Strength Up adds to the bonus, making it one of the most straightforward offensive buffs in the game.

Strength Up is most valuable on cats that already have high base Strength or use abilities that scale with the stat, since the flat bonus compounds with their existing damage. Melee-focused classes and weapon-based builds benefit the most. Stack Strength Up before a big ability for maximum burst damage. Its negative counterpart, Strength Down, reduces outgoing physical damage and should be cleansed quickly on your primary damage dealers.
