Robot Uprising is a rare creature-spawn weather effect in Mewgenics that adds 2 to 4 hostile rogue robots to each battle encounter. Robots are among the tougher enemy types in the game, often possessing unique resistances, higher HP pools, and specialized abilities that set them apart from organic enemies.

The specific robots that spawn can vary, and their resistances change the calculus of each fight. Some robot types may resist or be immune to Electric damage (a logical thematic choice), while others might have armor that reduces physical damage. Identifying each robot's weaknesses at the start of the fight, by hovering over them to inspect their stats, is essential for efficient target prioritization.

With 2 to 4 extra robots per fight, encounters become noticeably more difficult. Robots do not go down easily, and their attacks tend to be consistent and mechanically straightforward, dealing reliable damage each turn. Unlike swarm enemies like flies or cockroaches, robots cannot be swept aside with a single AoE blast. They demand focused fire and deliberate target selection.

Robot Uprising can appear in any biome and is classified as a rare weather. When it does appear, it represents a meaningful difficulty spike. Teams with versatile damage types (a mix of physical and elemental) handle the varied resistances better than mono-element builds.
