Pays 5 HP to gain 5 mana, giving the Butcher a direct HP-to-mana conversion. Useful when mana runs dry mid-fight and the Butcher has HP to spare — especially strong before using Monch, since the resulting lower HP boosts Monch's damage and lifesteal.
