Teleport to any tile. You have a 15% chance to equip a piece of Fly armor that breaks any armor pieces it replaces.

Teleports to any tile for 7 mana with a 15% chance of the teleport glitching and equipping a piece of Fly armor that destroys whatever armor slot it lands in — use it for mobility but keep a backup plan for the malfunctions if your armor is critical.
