Healing Bolt

Healing Bolt fires a lightning strike that heals allies it hits and has a chance to stun enemies, making it one of the few abilities that can help or harm depending on the target. The dual nature is its strength; fire it toward your team for recovery, or aim it at an enemy and bank on the stun proc to lock them down for a turn.
