Recycle destroys your equipped weapon to gain +1 Tech and refresh your basic action for 5 mana, turning a worn-out or useless weapon into a stat boost and extra action. Pairs naturally with Craft and Switcheroo — discard a temporary weapon you've already squeezed value from to gain Tech and immediately act again.
