Send Frank your first retired cat to unlock the initial house upgrade. Frank expands your house by adding a second room, giving you more space for furniture and cats. This is one of the easiest achievements in the game since any cat that completes even a single run through the Alley qualifies. Prioritize this early, as more rooms let you organize your cats and place more stat-boosting furniture.
