An uncommon Stunning set weapon that inflicts Blind 2 on an adjacent unit with a 5% break chance per use. Blind 2 significantly reduces accuracy and vision — great for neutering a threatening melee or ranged attacker. Requires being adjacent to the target, so you need to close the gap first.
