A cursed trinket that gives a 50% chance for an extra bird to spawn at the start of every battle, but permanently curses the wearer with -1 Charisma. If you're building around birds as combat allies, the spawn odds make it worth considering — but the Charisma penalty is a real cost that can affect social interactions and recruiting. The uncursed Bird Feed offers the same spawn chance without the downside, so Bird Poop is mostly for runs where you've already accepted the curse or have a way to mitigate it.

The 50% bird spawn triggers at the start of each battle, so over multiple fights you'll gain a significant number of extra bird allies across a run. Birds provide combat support through attacks, distraction, and sometimes status effects. The -1 Charisma curse stacks with other Charisma penalties and cannot be removed by normal means — if your cat's Charisma is already low, the extra deduction may close off NPC interactions or merchant options that require a minimum threshold.

Stack Bird Poop with Bird Feed for double bird spawn odds if you're committing to a bird swarm strategy. The combination makes extra birds nearly guaranteed each fight. Equip on a cat that doesn't rely on Charisma for their role — someone with high combat stats whose social usefulness you're willing to trade away. If your run depends on Charisma for event outcomes or NPC diplomacy, Bird Poop is a risky equip, but on a pure combat-focused cat the penalty is manageable.
