Bloody Bag of Glass is a very rare variant of the Bag of Glass, with the shards pre-coated in blood. Each throw scatters blood-slicked glass fragments that deal damage and apply Bleed on impact, combining the multi-hit nature of glass shards with hemorrhagic effect.

The blood coating on the shards amplifies the Bleed application compared to clean glass, making this a superior Bleed-spreading weapon over the base Bag of Glass. If multiple shards hit different targets from a single throw, the Bleed can spread across the entire enemy group. The laceration damage from glass cuts may also synergize with abilities that respond to piercing damage.
