Bloody Knife

A very rare weapon usable once per battle, obtained by looting the Throbbing King's body in The Throbbing Domain. It delivers a multi-hit melee combo with a 75% chance to trigger each additional hit, inflicting Bleed and Lifesteal on each strike. The Lifesteal heals you for damage dealt — the more hits land, the more you recover. An upgraded Butterfly Knife with added sustain, making it exceptional on high-health targets where the Bleed and Lifesteal both accumulate significantly.
