Bloody Spikes

A very rare upgraded version of Railroad Spikes, obtained from the Throbbing King in The Throbbing Domain. It fires a 5-damage ranged attack and grants a passive +1 Thorns, making enemies take damage every time they hit you. The combination of ranged offense and passive retaliation gives this versatility in both dealing and discouraging damage.
