Chainsaw

A roaring chainsaw that tears through enemies with brutal efficiency. The Chainsaw deals high physical damage with each attack and has a chance to cause Bleed, turning every swing into a potential DoT setup.

The Chainsaw's high base damage makes it one of the strongest weapons for burst physical output, and the Bleed proc adds sustained pressure on top. Physical damage scales primarily with STR, so high-STR builds get maximum return. The weapon is a melee tool only, requiring the user to close distance, which creates vulnerability to ranged retaliation.

A top-tier weapon for dedicated STR melee builds and a strong upgrade over early-game weapons. Works exceptionally well with Bleed-amplifying mutations and passives. In combination with high SPD or multi-hit abilities, the Bleed proc rate increases substantially, making each fight a race to stack as many DoT ticks as possible before the enemy can respond.
