Conjoined Amoeba

A smaller amoeba fused permanently to the wearer's face, sharing their journey. INT-2 is the cost, but four passives compensate: Brace reduces incoming hit force, HealthRegenUp sustains across long fights, MeleeRevengeDamage strikes back at anyone who attacks in melee, and SpawnEachTurn builds an amoeba army passively. A tanky sustain package that grows its own support over time. Pairs naturally with other amoeba-themed builds.

Each turn the SpawnEachTurn passive produces a new amoeba unit, giving the wearer an ever-growing buffer of frontline bodies. Brace and HealthRegenUp work together — reduced hit force means less damage taken, and regen recovers what does land. MeleeRevengeDamage adds offensive output without spending actions. The INT-2 penalty is negligible on physical or amoeba-themed builds that don't cast INT-scaling spells.

Conjoined Amoeba is the premier face item for amoeba-themed builds and broadly excellent on any durable melee frontliner that doesn't rely on INT. Combines naturally with Friendly Amoeba (head), Amoeba mutations, and the Amoeba enemy item set. The four-passive package makes it one of the most well-rounded defensive face items in the game for non-INT builds.
