Crown of Feculence is a rare head armor that replaces spawned objects with feces-related alternatives. If your build or playstyle relies on spawning specific items or objects, this helmet will corrupt those spawns into poop-themed variants — which may interact with poop-based mechanics elsewhere. Best in builds that deliberately generate or use excrement effects, and potentially disruptive in builds that spawn normal items.
