Demon Core

A rare weapon from The Bunker and part of the Radioactive item set, Demon Core is a high-risk, high-reward pick. Every battle starts with you taking Poison 5 — a meaningful HP drain you'll need to manage. Against bosses and minibosses, it also applies All Stats Down 2 at battle start, immediately weakening them. Its once-per-battle active applies Doomed to regular enemies (they die at the end of their next turn) or Drowsy to bosses. Pairs well with Miner Mask for poison immunity and Leech Brood for healing. Devastating with Spread Sorrow to chain the Doomed effect across multiple enemies.
