An uncommon melee weapon from the Frozen set that deals 2 ice damage to an adjacent target and inflicts Slow 1. Slow reduces movement speed, giving your cats more time to act before the affected enemy can close in or escape. The ice element may also interact with Frozen set synergies and ice-themed abilities.
