Egg Sack

An uncommon consumable with 4–6 uses that spawns Spiderlings across an area. Spiderlings are small spider allies that attack nearby enemies, providing a burst of extra bodies mid-fight. Throw it into a cluster of enemies to create chaos and split their attention, or use it to support your party in a surrounded situation.

Spiderlings created by Egg Sack immediately engage nearby enemies, forcing targets to either deal with the small spider allies or continue attacking your main team while taking incidental Spiderling damage. Multiple Spiderlings spawned across multiple uses can overwhelm weaker enemies or provide significant distraction against stronger ones. The 4–6 variable uses mean the number of waves possible varies per item, but even the minimum provides consistent output across a fight.

Egg Sack works best when your team needs to buy time or split enemy attention across multiple targets. Toss it near tough enemies engaging your frontline to redirect some of their attacks toward the Spiderlings. In fights with multiple strong enemies advancing simultaneously, Egg Sack can single-handedly delay a flank by spawning a cluster of spiders to absorb hits. Less effective against enemies with AoE attacks that clear Spiderlings instantly — save charges for fights where individual enemy targeting makes the Spiderlings durable.
