Ember

A fire-focused trinket that amplifies all fire element damage by 1 and stacks an additional Burn onto each hit. Core to fire builds — pairs especially well with the Mage's Fire Aspect ability, which already inflicts Burn on contact and grants fire immunity to the wearer. Also boosts bomb and explosion damage, making it a solid pick for cats running explosive weapons alongside fire attacks. Part of the Molten set.

The +1 fire damage bonus applies to every hit that carries the fire element, so rapid-fire weapons or multi-hit attacks scale the benefit noticeably. The bonus Burn stack on each hit compounds over a fight since Burn deals damage at the start of the afflicted enemy's turn — stacking multiple Burn instances accelerates how fast enemies take damage passively. Fire immunity from pairing effects means Ember also serves a defensive purpose, letting fire-oriented cats wade into burning terrain or take fire hits without concern.

Best worn by whichever cat in your party deals the most fire damage. Mages are the natural home given their fire-oriented kit, but any cat using fire-element weapons benefits. If you're building a Molten set, Ember is worth prioritizing early to establish the Burn stacking pattern before mid-game enemies develop high health pools. Less useful on cats with no fire attacks since the damage boost and Burn stacking simply won't trigger.
