A depleted water bottle with 0 durability charges, the used-up state of a Water Bottle trinket. Once its healing or hydration charges are spent, the bottle becomes inert — though the tk_WaterBottle_Empty ability may still have some secondary use for an empty vessel. Mostly a reminder to keep an eye on trinket durability before it runs dry.
With 0 durability, tk_WaterBottle_Empty either functions as a zero-charge placeholder that does nothing useful, or it unlocks a secondary interaction unique to an empty container — such as being refillable at certain map locations, acting as a throwable empty bottle, or triggering a different effect than the full version. If the game tracks trinket transformation states, an empty bottle may be a prerequisite for a crafting or refill mechanic rather than a dead item.
In most scenarios, an Empty Water Bottle in your trinket slot is dead weight — replace it with any available trinket at the next shop opportunity. If you suspect it can be refilled or transformed, hold onto it until you've exhausted that possibility. New players should note that trinkets with durability counters will eventually deplete; keeping an eye on remaining charges avoids being caught with an empty slot mid-run.
