SPD+4 is massive and puts the wearer near the top of initiative order, InjuryImmunity prevents permanent injury debuffs from accumulating, and ChanceToRevive offers a built-in second life. ReplaceBasicMove overrides movement with whatever the Flesh Kid provides instead. One of the strongest face items for aggressive mobile builds that want to act first and stay alive longer.

InjuryImmunity prevents all persistent injury debuffs from being applied — no broken limbs, no crippled stats from taking damage. This is especially valuable over long runs where injuries compound and reduce effectiveness. ChanceToRevive gives the wearer a probability-based second life when killed, which stacks with other revival effects. ReplaceBasicMove changes how the wearer moves, which may provide a unique movement type or ability.

Flesh Kid is one of the most well-rounded offensive face items: speed, injury protection, and a revive chance in one slot. Excellent on aggressive frontliners and assassin builds that want to act first and can't afford to die to injuries. Stacks the revive chance with Hockey Mask or similar for a meaningful chance to survive near-death situations twice.
