Human Flesh Set pieces use grim, cannibal-themed gear across head, neck, and face slots. The 3-piece bonus provides two separate effects: +50% critical hit chance when attacking humanoid enemies (dramatically boosting damage output), and an on-down effect that inflicts Fear 2 on every enemy on the battlefield. Fear 2 is a strong crowd control that hampers enemies' ability to act, effectively giving allies breathing room when the wearer falls.
